By using Centza (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Centza is a technology tool that analyses insurance policy documents and produces comparison data. The output — including Savings Scores, Rip-Off Scores, and premium comparisons — is general information only. It is not financial product advice, personal advice, or a recommendation to take any particular course of action.
Centza does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and is not authorised to provide personal financial advice under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Nothing on this site should be construed as a statement that any particular insurance product is suitable for your circumstances.
Savings Scores and premium comparisons are estimates based on market benchmarks, publicly available data, and AI analysis. They are not guaranteed to reflect the exact pricing available to you from any specific insurer.
Actual savings — if any — depend on your individual circumstances, the insurer's underwriting criteria, and prevailing market conditions at the time you seek a quote. Centza makes no warranty that you will achieve any particular saving.
Before making any decision based on Centza's output, you are responsible for:
Centza's analysis is a starting point, not a substitute for due diligence.
Centza does not refer users to specific insurers or brokers in exchange for payment. We do not receive commissions, referral fees, or any other remuneration from insurance companies. Any insurer names mentioned in analysis output are for informational purposes only.
You represent that any documents you upload belong to you or that you have the authority to upload them. You agree not to upload documents containing false information or documents belonging to third parties without their consent.
The quality of Centza's analysis depends on the quality and legibility of the uploaded document. We cannot guarantee accurate results from incomplete, redacted, or low-quality PDFs.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Centza's liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 AUD, whichever is greater.
Centza is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of income, loss arising from choosing or not choosing a particular insurance product, or any loss arising from reliance on general information provided by the Service.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded.
All content on the Centza website and platform — including the Savings Score methodology, interface design, and written content — is the intellectual property of Centza. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise it without written permission.
We do our best to keep Centza available and accurate, but we make no guarantees about uptime or uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with or without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
